The Global Apps family at the Directions EMEA conference
After a one-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners will meet “live” again to learn about product updates and trends from Microsoft and the partner community.
This time, IT.integro will conduct two new sessions, during which it will showcase its applications from the Global Apps family.
The Global Apps are the solutions designed for multi-site and multi-national companies that allow to:
- Synchronize and exchange data between multiple Business Central tenants and databases
- Manage and track intercompany transactions in real-time
- Enable companies in the group to share inventory availability and customer balances overviews

Advanced Intercompany — comprehensive support for intercompany processes within a group of companies working with D365 BC
During this session, Tomasz Golis — Project Manager and Senior Consultant at IT.integro will talk in detail about Advanced Intercompany.
Advanced Intercompany is an app that provides full support for intercompany trade with rich functionality including document exchange (orders, invoices, credit memos, shipping notifications, etc.), the document buffer to support negotiations between partners, verification of incoming documents, document statuses, pre-invoicing to track goods in transit from the HQ perspective, improved drop shipment, mappings (G/L accounts, FA, currency codes, resource codes, item charges and mappings between different types).
Global Integration Apps — 3 apps to manage master data, streamline intercompany trade and share information across companies working with D365 BC
During this 15-minute session, we will introduce participants to all the applications that are part of the Global Integration Apps package.
Master Data Management System, Advanced Intercompany and Intercompany Insights are the 3 apps that support multi-company organizations working with Business Central. In thie demo, we will shortly explain how to ensure data consistency across multiple companies (Master Data Management System). After receiving an order from a customer, we will check if the customer does not have overdue balances in other companies and if these companies have the requested item available (Intercompany Insights). After identifying the possible intercompany vendor, we will order the goods and ship them to our customer with the drop shipment process (Advanced Intercompany).
